There was a fire outbreak at Spar, a popular supermarket in Lekki, Lagos around midday today. Witnesses of the incident have tweeted several photos of the fire with some providing updates via
social media.
According to reports reaching The PUNCH, the fire has, however, been contained. The management of the Supermarket and the Lagos fire service could not be immediately reached for comments.
The cause of the fire outbreak has not yet been known...
