Frustration at Enugu as first Bank Refuses to pay Residents,Blames it on network

Since morning there has been very poor issuing of cash in Enugu first bank branches which has stopped a lot
of transaction. This which equally affected me and stopped me from going to where i wanted to go has been a major problem in Enugu today.I came to a first bank branch at Enugu and saw people in numbers waiting to withdraw money but nothing was going due to network problem,it can dispense cash to two person then goes out of service for as long as it wants.  

 According to people coming in and out angrily,one Emmanuel ugwu said most of them has transported from one first bank branch to another without any possessive result.This has also left a lot of quarrel between KEKE drivers and their passenger cause they cannot be paid after transporting  passengers  to bank for money to be withdrawn and they getting paid.If you go into the banking hall they will tell you that even with your withdrawal slip that you cannot be paid unless they have the network back.

The worst part of it is that you cannot withdraw money from another bank [ Diamond,Eco,Zenith ] with first bank ATM card.All bankers can say is network problem.As am reporting now nothing has been done so far to retrieve the issue.   Please first bank let something be done as soon as possible cause some people haven't eaten cause of this.
